The rooms were really nice. The blackout shade was amazing. The bed was comfortable. We had lots of noisy teenage groups and breakfast was not great.

Enjoyed my stay. Nice amenities, clean and good breakfast options. Free parking and Costco is 10 mins drive. Quiet. Had issue with their air conditioning unit but staff changed the room quickly.

This hotel is not pet-friendly despite any claims to the contrary, and the overall condition of the property is unacceptable. During my stay, my 4-month-old puppy briefly got out of the room and ran down the hallway, non-aggressively playing. I immediately retrieved him, but the manager—who admitted she is allergic to dogs—used this as an excuse to evict me from the hotel. Her decision was biased and unprofessional, prioritizing her personal issues over customer service. Additionally, the hotel is in poor condition. My original room had electrical issues with the bed panel outlets and TV, forcing me to change rooms. The hallways and elevator reeked of unpleasant odors, further indicating a lack of proper maintenance and care. This experience reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for paying guests. I will never stay at this location again and would not recommend it to anyone. Stay elsewhere if you value cleanliness, functionality, and fair treatment.

This hotel is far from pet-friendly and poorly managed. During our stay, our 4-month-old puppy got out of the room briefly, just playing in the hallway. We quickly secured him, but the manager—who claimed to be allergic to dogs—used this minor incident as an excuse to evict us. Her actions were over the top, biased, and completely unprofessional. The condition of the hotel is just as bad. The hallways and elevator reeked of weed, and we were told to park only in the front, which raises serious questions about safety. On top of that, we had to change rooms due to electrical issues with the outlets and TV. This place is poorly maintained, poorly managed, and unwelcoming. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you value safety, cleanliness, or decent customer service, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Good stay for a wkend get away!
Check-in was quick & easy! There was an issue with the toilet but my room was switched quickly! The rooms were clean & beds comfortable. The breakfast was good with plenty of options, both hot & cold. The staff was kind & helpful.

NEEDS TO BE VIGILANT ON CLEANLINESS
This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. The first time the TV in the room i was assigned wasn’t working. I was changed to a new room. But, the room I was given was already assigned to someone else. I got there at almost midnight, trying to unlock the door multiple times, to no avail. The occupant woke up and came to the door, to my surprise. 2nd trip, the bathroom was not clean. There was feces stain on the toilet. The front desk staff is nice enough and helpful, but after that experience. I think I'll be staying elsewhere.
