Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HomeAwayBooking through VRBO for a property in Reynolds Plantation excludes you from any Reynolds amenity, you can’t use the restaurants or book a boat. This is not mentioned on the listing
We received no check in our check out instructions.
The VRBO call center was not helpful and told us to speak to the host who was not immediately available due to a family emergency
The property is very clean and well appointed. The host was very responsive when she became available.

Dianna thank you for your stay, check in instructions were provided 7 days prior to your check in via email which it does appear you viewed. There is also a disclaimer on the description of the property which states Reynolds golf and amenities are not included in the listing.

Nice location and unit
Publié le 26 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayVery neat and clean 3 bedroom 3 bath unit overlooking pretty marina in a nice neighborhood. Mostly well furnished and good WiFi.
We actually were not aware from the photo that it is a condo with units below and beside it as the listing picture looks like a free standing. It was very quiet however. Unit is spacious.
Loft bedroom has a difficult / safety issue/straight ladder to top bunk. The king bed in loft is actually two twin mattresses that were not comfortable. Loft itself is spacious. Beware of children on loft couch as it is against a stair railing aside the deep stairwell.. huge drop!! Kept a close eye on young visiting grandchildren.
For the rates, might have expected more in the way of amenities such as more bath towels, higher toiletry items, coffee bar items, more basic kitchen items, and more paper products as we came close to running out in the week there. Two keys would’ve been convenient too or a keypad.
With all that mentioned, we would still stay there again.
It has potential to be a top notch place with just a few minor tweaks that can make all the difference.

Thank you for your review!! We love feedback from our guests and take all feedback into consideration, we have ordered a new mattress for the king size bed in the loft. We did review the pictures because we would not want anything in our ad to be deceptive and it is shown in the pictures that this is not a stand alone unit and also listed as a condo on the ad. It is also depicted in the pictures that the ladder to the bunk is attached and straight up and down. We would love to hear your thoughts on what more the kitchen may need, if you could possibly send us a message on this it would be greatly appreciated. We would like to thank you again for your stay and you were a pleasure to host.

Reynolds weekend
Publié le 9 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayGreat property, excellent location. Very good layout and comfortable. The condo was well stocked and nicely decorated. I wish the back porch had been cleaned. Tons of leaves and spider webs that we had to clean before using. Great views of the kake.

Family Reunion

Great stay - pretty location

Great lakefront condo

Large rooms and bathrooms.
Very responsive management/owner.
