Spider webs in windows. Need better pillows. Draw was broken, tissue box in bathroom broken. Beds are not comfortable. Floor was nasty under the draw that was broken. Need better towels very rough and not big enough

Facility only made bed and brought me 1 towel in 4 days,trash can overflowing at my entrance,the refrigerator in room leaked water on floors constantly would not stay at any of your locations again..

Not so good.

The room was ok but the shower looked like it was repaired and they put a piece of fiber glass to repair but the caulk was coming off. The breakfast was pitiful. The pancake machine did not work properly and the toaster was too slow (how much does a good toaster cost?). There were no napkins, they set out a box of kleenex. In the common bathroom, there were no paper towels, they put a roll of toilet paper on top of the paper towel dispenser. There was a homeless person in the parking lot and I told the clerk and he scruged it off.

It was close to family member and a good location. Room was very clean, but the carpet in the hallway has a lot of stains on it and needs to be replace.

The sheets on the bed were stained(dirty), I got in so late as I only stopped due to bad weather so I didn’t notify staff of sheet concern. I laid down a towel on the blanket and went to bed.
