Spider webs in windows. Need better pillows. Draw was broken, tissue box in bathroom broken. Beds are not comfortable. Floor was nasty under the draw that was broken. Need better towels very rough and not big enough

Customer service was terrible. I waited 15 minutes for desk help to replace towels in our room that were already stained and ugly when we got there. No help arrived so i went to laundry area and got clean towels myself. Breakfast was another problem. A pancake machine but no batter. Bagels but no cream cheese or jelly. Only 1 creamer for the coffee. 1 banana. The bed and room were clean and smelled clean. The shower only worked half way. Half of water went out faucet when shower was on. We did have hot water though.

Overall the hotel was perfect for the price. We weren’t looking to spend a lot because we were only there to sleep- we were out of hotel early in morning and returned after 10 pm all three nights. Bathroom was a little dirty upon our arrival- we contacted the front desk and they had it cleaned the next day. Bed was comfy. A.C. worked well and was quiet. Kind of rural area.

Ive stayed there many times and never had an issue but this time i had a non working toilet, a dead roach, no bath towels and a hand towel that wasn't folded (looked used) and trash in the parking lot.

En la habitacion habia agua que salia del refeigerador y muchas hormigas. Nos quedamos 2 noches y el segundo día al llegar no podiamos entrar a la habitacion.

Facility only made bed and brought me 1 towel in 4 days,trash can overflowing at my entrance,the refrigerator in room leaked water on floors constantly would not stay at any of your locations again..

Not so good.

The room was ok but the shower looked like it was repaired and they put a piece of fiber glass to repair but the caulk was coming off. The breakfast was pitiful. The pancake machine did not work properly and the toaster was too slow (how much does a good toaster cost?). There were no napkins, they set out a box of kleenex. In the common bathroom, there were no paper towels, they put a roll of toilet paper on top of the paper towel dispenser. There was a homeless person in the parking lot and I told the clerk and he scruged it off.
