We booked the room for 2 nights and left after the first night. The bed was soft and lumpy. Very uncomfortable! My husband and I got a horrible night’s sleep.
We paid for a “premium corner room” but the view was of a parking lot and top of building. Not very appealing .
The bathroom curtain had a huge rip in it that looked like a little kid tried to sew it back up. The Safe in the room did not work. One of the washcloths was folded for use but was actually dirty. It looked like it had lipstick on it.
Overall it was not the best stay, especially for the price. Most likely we will not use them again.
Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Everything was fine, but I did have problems with the toilet and the Wi-Fi, but they were Quickly addressed and corrected. They gave me a discount on my bill.

Loved the quietness and luxury. We celebrated an anniversary and enjoyed a delicious dinner at The Printworks Bistro. So convenient and easy to walk to in the rainy weather.

This property is an amazing property. The spacious rooms with 10ft ceilings, incredible decor and detailed amenities throughout the hotel. I highly recommend this property. It should be a 5 star hotel.

Amazing hotel experience

So overpriced for the amenities and overall experience. Bathroom was in serious need of several basic features. There was no exhaust fan which made it hot and stuffy. The bathroom lighting was unacceptable! I had to take the little unlighted mirror out to the table to see well enough to do my makeup. The shower only had a glass on one side which allowed water to mist onto the floor. No storage in bathroom. I had to constantly walk out to a storage cubby in the hall to get my hair styling tools. It’s just not what I would expect from a facility that supposedly stands out from others. Too much clutter everywhere and not enough usable space. A lesson learned. Higher cost doesn’t always equate to a better experience!!
