Okay for quick overnite stay. Not a high quality place. Below average. Linens laying in halls, etc. Other choices in the area would probably be in better condition.

If we weren’t so tired walking in I would have made a U turn and walked back out. The lobby was old and smelled musty. The check in went quick and we were given Room 107. Walked in the room and noticed the normal hotel musty smell. Cranked the AC, Got ready for bed then began to notice the sheets felt damp, counters and nightstands as well and then our socks were soaked from the carpet. If it wasn’t after 12 we would have packed up to change rooms. My daughter and I were both coughing all night- the next morning I picked up the invoice from the rug where it was slid under the door - IT WAS WET. I reported all this to the front desk and she made a note on my invoice for maintenance. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Very old and dated. Found what we thought was a bed bug so left immediately. Stay somewhere else!

Could you please contact us with additional information? This is the first I’m hearing of a bed bug in a room. Did you bring this to the front desks attention? I can assure you we take these claims very serious. Please give us a call at 336:434:4797 and provide us with additional information.

The worst hotel ever. The entrance surrounded with homeless people. Bed bugs, roaches, ants, Dirty - stained towels and sheets Carpet sticky and dirty.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I can assure you that we have never had issues with homeless individuals at or surrounding our property, so I’m not quite certain what you are referring too. In regards to your review, you noted quite a few pests and this is very alarming as we have a pest elimination company perform regular pest control at our hotel. I know we did have an issue with ants due to the all the rain we have been having. We have contacted the pest company we use and they have been out quite a few times due to this but this is the only issue we have been advised of in person. Could you call the hotel and let us know your room information? We take claims as yours very serious and would love the opportunity to speak with you to get additional information.

The pictures of the hotel online do not reflect what the hotel actually looks like. The pool was cloudy and dirty. My bathroom floor was sticky and slippery. Broken tv remote and outlets. Dog barked all night next door. Door slammed all night long. The entire hotel smelled and we felt wet when we woke up from the air conditioner. Staff were very nice breakfast was ok- expected for a hotel breakfast.
