Overall it was fine for an overnight stay. The front desk was AMAZING and so personable. Pool was in bad condition and not usable, but rooms were very nice. Our big issue was with the cleaning staff that begged for a tip and literally followed me to my vehicle continuing to ask for one.

Checking into the room the bathtub was dirty with rings around it in hair in it. I was told by the staff that the girl responsible for cleaning the room was angry and left work early. I never received a call or an apology from the manager. In addition, the electricity in my room was loss the next morning while taking a shower. Bad experience

Have not stayed at a Quality Inn that was as clean and had such friendly staff ever! Very nice will definitely stay here again

My stay at Quality Inn

The only complaint I have is I have a disability that makes it hard for me to climb stairs and there were no clean rooms downstairs so I had to walk upstairs and I was in pain the entire stay. But everything else was great.

Not happy

When we got there it said ring bell for service and the buzzer didn’t work. I had to knock on the window to get the ladies attention. Told them there were cockroaches in the room and they dismissed it like oh well it’s just one! I don’t do bugs and there were more than 1 I killed. They need a better exterminator. Was not worth over $100 for the night.
