Expensive/dirty/no power
Publié le 18 avr. 2018 sur ExpediaThe room was clean but the comforters on the beds had very bad stains, don’t understand why they were not put in garbage. 3 days stay and had no power for two days/2nights. Terrible

Dirty ,not safe area neighborhood vibe not good and front desk no attenfance all the time if you need something the be patient to wait for them they are not accommodating.

The pool is not open. The front desk lady was not helpful. We were only given 2 towels even though I told her there were 4 guests and 4 was put in the reservation. Also, she did not allow me to see the room prior to check in.

No pool, rooms are not clean. Mold was growing in our room & the ceiling was leaking. The bathtubs are horrible with chipped paint and mold. Breakfast was a task. They ran out by 7am all tht was left was raisin bran, no bread no milk ect. To get new towels you have to wait until the housekeeper comes by your room and that was if they had enough to exchange them out.

The pool was green and closed in the middle of summer. The room was dingy, dirty, bed was soiled.
