Horrible

They canceled our booked rooms and when we arrived they didn’t have room available!!! We had booked a 3 night stay, called and cancelled the first night with lady at front desk, that it was only a 2 night stay and would see them on Friday. Everything was straight. We showed up and said we didn’t show on Thursday,so they canceled our rooms!! Luckily Wyndham hotel saved our trip! Never stay here! Looked trashy and were very non professional!

Worst Room EVER!

I didn’t stay. My room scared me. I thought at any moment bugs were going to pop out on me. The dishwasher and stove was dirty, cabinets were broken or missing doors, no cover for the bed. Shower head has metal piece disconnected from the wall. Dead bugs were plastered on the walls. TV didn’t have a remote, couch has scratches and burn marks and the room had no tissue. Went to the office, to no avail there was no help. So my significant other went and ordered a refund while I found us another place to reside for the weekend.
