Refund
Publié le 25 mai 2024 sur HotelsI never stayed there i paid online and could not get in the room i end up having to pay again. I need a refund for this night asap. When i checked in the key you was suppose to send never was sent. I paid for the room in front of the receptionist and it did not let me check in so i uad to pay cash again. I need my refund for not being able to be in the room.

Room and property was clean. Manager and staff were very courteous and helpful. Stay was very comfortable and satisfying. I will return.
