It’s close to family I believe the price is higher than it should be but with the Honda plant there rooms will rent it’s just you can drive 30 miles and save thirty dollars a night on just as good rooms

The stay was fine the staff was awful. The night attendants first words to me were I was going to let your daughter in but I’m scared of dogs…. She was waiting to reenter the hotel through a key card only access door…. This hotel allows dogs yet the attendant treated us poorly because we had one. One of my kids spilled a cup of ice water on the way out of our room and he came outside while I was packing up the car to scold me for the spill. I couldn’t get into my room or building for last two hours due to a key card issue they didn’t fix for me. I have never been treated so poorly by hotel staff and I was traveling with just my three children and myself and our dog from states away. Definitely didn’t help the ease of our journey to be mistreated

The rooms were not clean. There was gross looking dried fluids on the bed frame. They do not wipe them or clean them. The room so had a wired smell. Would not recommend stay here if you have children. They are trying to run a business and child are expensive. You will get charged extra for having children even tho you could not swim because there because the pool is broken. There was not any snacks in the Vending machines ither. And we also did not eat any breakfast that was provided. They are not Professional. I would never stay there ever again. Worst experience!

Outside of property poorly kept. First bad sign. Ask for upgrade on app they did not have a larger *suite". Room they first tried putting in was small and smelled. Second was larger but a little better. Still smelled and no bathroom ventilation. None on the whole first floor. No pool even though it was the app. Coffee machine in breakfsst lounge not working. Only two towel per room. Had ask for more. Ans no tissue paper in the room. And toilet paper on rolls was almost out wirh no extra in room.

We arrived at 4pm, check in a were met by a lady and child I lobby area that asked if I needed something, she had to call owner to check us in, no one at desk. Then anything requiring cleaning or maintenance was marked as broke such as the coffee machine and pool. Keys were given in envelope as usual but they were tattered, used and on file in a Rolodex, I mean come on. The room was filthy, towels had makeup on two of the four. We came in after a concert and asked owner if we could set in the lobby, talk, play games and drink. He said sure, $20 bucks a person, then said yes that’s fine. Ten minutes later he showed up with employee who said we need to go, there is no gathering in the lobby and absolutely no drinking in lobby. He made us leave and complained that he now had to clean the floor where we had gotten some drops of water on it from getting a drink out of the cooler. All this went on with the owner standing there like we never just asked him 10 minutes earlier for permission. I’m not going to go in to what the employee looked like or the nationality of the owner but there seems to be a trend. I called customer service and they were of little help. It wasn’t my choice to stay here but we gave it a shot and learned our lesson. If I were the ceo of Wyndham hospitality I’d revoke this owner’s right to do business under one of my hotel names. This place was embarrassing at best.

I checked in at 9PM and my room wasn’t even ready they had to clean it. I had to go back 40 minutes later and the manager told me it was the best room they had. We settle in to our room and getting ready for bed and wanted to take a nice hot bath before bed but the shower was broken. We couldn’t shower and the hall smell like food and the room was dusty. I did not sleep comfortably

Nice, clean place to stay. My only complaint is that my check in took way too long. There was a line of people waiting to get checked in when I arrived. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes just to get checked in. The process, once it was my turn, seemed to be an eternity. It’s a shame the man behind the desk didn’t help the very kind & polite lady checking everyone in. The lady was very accommodating & extremely pleasant. The pool was closed for some reason. They didn’t say why. Very upset with the man for not helping the lady with the check in of so many people. Other than that, my experience was wonderful.

The continental breakfast was one of most unpleasant meal I have ever tried to eat.
