I did not like that my prepaid room was unavailable.
I did not like that they decided to book me a room t another hotel, not of my choosing.
My money shiuldve been spent how i chose to spend it.

I am not one to complain or leave reviews but this was a terrible hotel experience. The room was nice to look at but overall was very disappointing. First of all we spent an extra $100 to book this hotel, rather than another nearby hotel, specifically for shuttle service, which we come to find the driver took the night off and over the 4th of July weekend, management did not have the sense to have another driver. The shuttle service is also advertised on the Live Casino website so this was extremely disappointing. When we explained to the front desk this is the only reason we booked this hotel, he basically laughed at us and said that he usually drives the shuttle on Mon and Tues but he said he was done at 3 pm that day, which we found very off putting. In addition, the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. On top of it, the ac just shuts off automatically where my husband and I woke up in the middle of the night sweating. My husband turned it back only for it to automatically turn off again when we woke… this was a 90 degree day. Also we asked to be put in a higher floor away from noise and they put us on the top floor right next to the elevator. From 5am and on we were woken up by people getting on the elevator. Lastly we noticed that the emergency button on the elevator was broken and absent, which is highly illegal. We will never come back here again.

Everyone working at this location was very friendly and helpful. When you walk in there are fresh baked cookies to greet you and family games. If you want a snack their options are right in the entry with many options including nuts, sweets and even alcoholic beverages. Will definitely stay again when I am in the area.
