Staff was horrible. Site outside was terrible. Clean rooms but that is about it.

The staff was nice. Unfortunately, the room was pretty gross. I think the photos were taken at another chain location of Wyndham and used instead. The washer and dryers are in the hallway that you’d walk down to get to your rooms, not a room, just openly exposed. The tub was really gross. Old and just dirty looking. The same thing could be said for the bedding, which is uncomforting when you’re traveling. There was texture paint over a handful of outlets. The floor was bubbling up underneath the laminate. The walls were very over textured and uneven. The room smelt weird and it was really dark. We usually stay at one of the Hilton partners if not the Hilton but booked this as it was close to a venue. All in all, I don’t think we’ll be staying at this hotel or chains of it in the future.

There was pet hair all over the room when we arrived. There is a foul odorous liquid seaping up from the floor in the bathroom. And our neighbors across the hall were permitted to smoke weed and enter and exit slamming their door all hours through the night. Good thing we were exhausted or we would have not been able to rest at all.
