As soon as I walked in the room I was hit with a strong smell of beach the floor was still wet from them mopping the floors the shower was clean the only problem I had was that the body wash they provide was empty and the shower didn't have enough pressure other than that it was wonderful stay

Rooms smelled of smoke and must. Paint was peeling off the ceiling. Viewed 4 rooms that were all bad before we decided that we weren’t going to stay there. It also didn’t feel safe. The front desk clerk was nice and patient. He ultimately canceled and fully refunded the room

My Room Had Cockroaches
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HotelsMy stay was marred with cockroaches coming from behind the couch and near the television. I could not continue my stay. The front desk offered to exchange my room, but my mind was made up. I check out about two hours after checking in.
