The staff here is super friendly - I was caught off guard by a foreign speaking/broken English woman hanging out and told us she lives at the hotel- from TX- seeking citizenship- came into contact with a similar man- similar story- My question would be how much is our federal government paying for these “stays”??!! I paid $230- I’d like corporate info on this please!

The staff and service are wonderful. So friendly and helpful and willing to help any way they can. Our room just seemed a little run down. The sink sprayed our water sporadically and the faucet was loose. The toilet ran a lot and was super loud.

We enjoyed our stay visiting my ECU student son for his birthday. Glad to find a clean, safe, friendly hotel that we can bring our son’s 4 legged “little brother “. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. A few hairs on the tub, broken toilet paper holder kept falling. The air conditioning worked well except that it only came into the bedroom through a small fan about waist high in the was. Most concerning was that we asked for no service was assured they only service the rooms every 5 days, and the second day someone was in our room, removed all of the towels and put the air up to 78. Not acceptable.. Also they do offer a discount for families of patients at ECU Cancer Center, but couldn’t because we didn’t mention it at check in. And it is not stated on their web page. We just asked at check out. Probably would not stay again. Oh and no breakfast with a room that was over $200.00 a night.
