This home is 1 mile from Thiel College and so many amenities. Easy places to shop and eat, with a good location to Shenango Reservoir, Pymatuning Lake, Jamestown Winery, Conneaut Lake Park and more.

If you are visiting family, there is plenty of parking. 2 spaces in the driveway, and free street parking. It is an older home with modern upgrades and character in a quiet neighborhood with excellent sidewalks for strolls and places in and outside the home to refresh and recharge.

A full equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher, lots of coffee and tea options. **We offer a lot of snacks and drinks to help settle in that first arrival day**. There are toiletries provided if you forget things. A large tub for relaxing. Customizable lighting and fan options in each bedroom, all are equipped with sun darkening curtains for restful sleep without interruption.
In-ceiling fans, plus additional air conditioning units inside each bedroom for personalizing your sleep preferences.

High speed internet for streaming on complimentary Roku, Netflix and Prime subscriptions. If you choose to work, there is a dedicated office which also has room for an air mattress in which we provide all linens needed, simply make the request.

Security cameras are on the driveway for your vehicles, self access to the house with provided with keyless entry on front and back doors.

The garage, basement and attic are not included.

All other areas of the home are accessible and for your personal visit. We offer 4 hour burn logs for the firepit located in the backyard on the stone patio. Charcoal grill with included supplies is located on the patio for your use.

Every bedroom has a full closet in which is provided places for luggage, hangars, shelves, luggage racks so you can fully settle in and have plenty of room in your bedrooms.

Keyless code entry on both front and back doors making coming and going a breeze!

Though we are not on sight, we are easily able to come and assist in anything that arises or needed. We pride ourselves in being able to not only offer the home but our help in recommendations or suggestions for the local area. We are a text away!

Entering the home, there is a Binder to read for lots of helpful information along with our personal cellphone number to be reached or through the airbnb app.

IF you would like to remove your trash, there are trash bins right along the side of the home. Brown for normal trash, blue bin is for recycling.

We are flexible, if you need special accommodations, late check out or check in, just let us know. We enjoy providing a welcoming home just as if we would like it when traveling. We interact with you as much as you would like, or as little.

Retractable privacy shade is installed on the front porch for your use.

We know travel can create late arrivals, there are multiple installed motion lights to assist for safety and confort.
We are pretty flexible on check in and out times. No smoking inside the home. There are plenty of places for that outside.

No loud or large gatherings after 10pm to maintain the peaceful quiet neighborhood presence.
