I loved where the hotel is located and how nice it was but the only thing was the $103 deposit thing I’ve stayed at this hotel before and never had to pay that

Fine except the fitness center door was broken and no one could get in. It was one main reason I chose this property over a less expensive hotel.

Property was very clean throughout. Staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was delicious! This was our first stay and will be our go to hotel every visit to Shriners .

I love the non-carpeted floor, quiet room and comfy bed. Jenee was attentive to my room need at check-in, I changed the room three times, she was patient n willing to accommodate me. Will stay here again.

The room and staff were fine. Upon arrival, I was charged $53 for " incidentals ". The staff could not tell me what incidentals were other than "it's a security deposit ". I was ok with that, except that they kept $3, for a "service charge" . Service charge for what?? That is a bunch of crap. If that is a Comfort Inn policy, then this will be my last stay at a Comfort Inn.
