It was really dirty and no clean up of our room during 5 Days. We had to go get clean towels and toilet papier! We miss heated water for two Days!
No air dryer and pool close!!!

The staff was so friendly but bugs were climbing on the dresser and walls. And in the tub. No clean rags were available all day.
The room reeked of smoke. I literally went and bought a bottle of febreeze which still didn’t help much. I got bad allergies and had to get out my inhaler. Online looked great, next time I will check out the reviews. But like I said at least the front desk ladies were kind.

Though the staff was nice, the toilet seat was broken. The top of the seat was cracked, and I was told that it would be fixed while we were out that day, and it was not. The bathtub was not very clean when we arrived and items in the continental breakfast that were supposed to be hot were not. I would not stay there again.

There was a hole in the floor in room 236 in front of the 2nd bed closest to the bathroom but the carpet covered it up and you couldn't help but step in it. That had nothing to do with the friendly staff.

This hotel itself is just ok not much to look at.it is fairly clean on the inside.its good when you are passing through greenville on a budget.but the people that work here are very kind,and accommodating.I would stay here again.
