They seemed to be having issues with the heat in our room. We had already unpacked as we’d been checked in for a few hours and sent a maintenance man to try to fix it; but they couldn’t get the heat to work. They were very gracious and allowed us to move to a different room. However the hot water seem to be unregulatable. It either fried you or froze you. I look forward to checking out tomorrow.

We checked in on Friday, December 27th and stayed until December 31. Celebrating our anniversary. We have stayed here in the past and things were wonderful. NOT HIS TIME! Our room was NEVER cleaned. We have to ask for wash cloths and towels. This is not like Embassy Suites. We were disappointed by the housekeeping. We are Hilton Honors members and have never experienced the inconsiderate by Hilton hotels. Sorry but we will find another place to stay to celebrate our anniversary next year.

Upon arrival maintenance was called because the toilet wasn’t working. Maintenance had to be called back that night when the heat wasn’t working. We were told the system was out and were offered a space heater that we declined.

Fantastic Hotel
The hotel is beautiful. It has everything you need for an overnight or extended stay. It was super clean and the staff were amazing. It was very busy but it was pin drop quiet in your room. The breakfast buffet was incredible and they were serving up some great drinks at the bar. Highly recommend staying here!!
