We loved everything about our stay, but I have to admit that we purposely chose this hotel for the indoor pool, and my kids were soooo excited to swim! We got all ready in our suits, got down there, and the pool was ice cold! We couldn’t go beyond our toes, and they were so disappointed that we couldn’t swim. I would recommend removing that feature or there being a disclaimer stating the pool is not heated or closed for the winter. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

From dried SNOT,BOOGERS and hair on the shower wall, to the GROSS WET POWEDERED EGGS. This place was a mess. First and last time staying in a Fairfield. PLEASE DO NOT BUT BASED ON BREAKFAST its awlful. Frozen, bland, and sloppy like you feed to the hogs back on the farm.

The woman at the front desk was so friendly and nice, we had a very long trip and were tired when we arrived, and she was just a lovely presence in front.

Most of the staff was pleasant and greeted us daily. Erica and Greely at the front desk were the most helpful and pleasant. Carpet in the room needed to be cleaned, but other than that the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others.
