I was here during the power outage due to Hurricane Helene. The staff were amazing, professional and truly made a bad situation more bearable. 6 nights total and every time I had an interaction with staff they were so nice, even though many of them still didn’t have power at home.

We could only check in after 7pm (staff problem after Hurricane Helene) and they didn't give me the room I had booked (2 large beds). They gave me a small room with 1 double bed and offered to put a single bed in it, but we didn't accept because there was almost no space in the room for it.
