Stayed twice a week apart, 1st stay only a few limited breakfast items, pancake machine broken. 2nd stay week later, still no pancake machine, elevator was broken, our toliet in our room was broken. The people beside us had tv up all night, no one in my party got any sleep.

sadly we were awaiting the vendor, but this has since been repaired and we have out pancakes again :)

The front desk staff as not friendly wasn’t helpful. Our room was very dirty I had to clean the bathroom myself. Spider in the corner wall in the bathroom behind the toilet hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. When I wiped the bathroom floor with a wet wipe it was filthy. I have pictures that I will pass along to IHG corporate office. The ladies hanging outside, in the dining area and sleeping in the lobby is unacceptable that’s not safe. I think that I should have been charged full price due to me doing housekeeping. Not sure who checked the room but it was not clean. I know everyone has different levels of cleanliness but that hotel needs a really DEEP cleaning. The doors to the room and bathroom were filthy as well again I have pictures of them as well. We stay they every time we visit MS I told my husband we may have to start staying somewhere else. I came for a short vacation not to clean rooms.
