The lady at the desk was very rude. The property is under renovation so there's dust everywhere, very old carpets the paint is peeing off the walls.

Staff was awesome
We had a great one night stay here. The front desk person was absolutely amazing-so welcoming and helpful. I wish I could remember her name because she truly made our experience special. The room was clean and comfy, perfect for our needs. Highly recommend for anyone needing a short stay.

Unexpected stay
Everything was exceptional from check-in to check-out. My husband and daughter stayed here when I was admitted to the hospital. The staff was amazing. And the rooms were clean. Shout out to Ms. Dee Dee in the breakfast area. Thank you for making my daughter's stay so easy. She really looked forward to seeing you.

The room was filthy. We arrived and there was no one at the front desk. 3 other people were also trying to check in. We walked all over the downstairs trying find an employee with no luck. After 30 minutes of calling all the Holiday Inn reservation line and the hotel with no one replying the person walked in. The employee had left the property and she came with her child who then wanted her attention as all of us were trying to get checked in. She said sorry and tried to move forward but kept stopping to attend to her small child. Horrible hotel will never go back. Dirty and terrible service. - 10 stars

This might have been my worst experience with HI Express. The first room I was given had obvious water damage with paint peeling from the ceiling. When I asked for another room, I was told it was an old building and the next room may not be any better. It was but still had some ceiling paint peeling. Breakfast options were not that great either.

I'm getting the run around about a bed bug infestation. I'm told to call back next day after 9:00 am to find out pest control assessment, I call, then I am told call back after 12:00pm. Now I'm told that I should be talking with someone at booking service provider to resolve situation; however, hotel was paid directly upon arrival.
