Staff was great and pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. Blinds did not work in my room so I couldn’t open them. Elevators need a little updating. Restaurant/bar is not open for dinner/evening service. Market doesn’t sell wine, so bring your own if you want a beverage after a long day at work. Breakfast was good each day with main dishes different from the prior day. I felt safe traveling alone on a business trip. I will stay here again as I have many times. It is convenient with easy access to 385, restaurants and shopping. The airport is close by as well.

By far one of the worst days in the upstate area do not use this property the management staff is unprofessional and will book and sell you a room that is not available and then when asked and authorized a refund by corporate will not process it

Great experience despite complications
When I made the reservation, I noted that we wouldn’t be checking in til early in the morning. I even called the hotel to let them know. The hotel did not note our reservation and marked us as a no show so our reservation wasn’t there when we got to the hotel. The hotel manager worked with us to get us a new reservation and even let us in the room early so we could get some rest. The manager went above and beyond to help us. The hotel was nice and the accommodations would great for our family with 4 kids.

One elevator was nonfunctional and had obviously had a sign recently removed from the door. I’m guessing they thought it was fixed when it wasn’t or a very inconsiderate guest thought it would be funny for people to get stuck on a malfunctioning elevator. I couldn’t ask or inform the staff about it because there was no one at the desk when I checked in and out.
