First thing was the "lounge" was under construction. Second thing was my friend and her granddaughter's room wasn't ready at 4, wasn't ready at 5, and at 11:00p when returned from the concert, we had to wait over 10 minutes for staff to show up--the phones we were instructed to call were ringing behind the desk.
At check-in, there was no toilet paper in our bathroom, and there was an incessantly barking dog in a nearby room. We used the a/c to drown out the barking so we could nap.

The hotel had no power yet their were still making reservations without telling people there was no power until they showed up to check in. They actuall told me that I could sti stay there even thougb there is no power. Seriosly for $180 a night and no power, AC, hot water or building security?

Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe bed linens were stained and did not seem freshly washed. The room looked to have been empty for awhile and not freshened up before my stay. Unfortunately a storm came through the area and was without power most of my stay. The room itself is spacious with a small kitchen, nice bathroom and table and chairs. It is close to a lot shopping, dining and exploring of Greenville. Easy access to interstate. Not a bad budget friendly stay but could be better.
