First thing was the "lounge" was under construction. Second thing was my friend and her granddaughter's room wasn't ready at 4, wasn't ready at 5, and at 11:00p when returned from the concert, we had to wait over 10 minutes for staff to show up--the phones we were instructed to call were ringing behind the desk. At check-in, there was no toilet paper in our bathroom, and there was an incessantly barking dog in a nearby room. We used the a/c to drown out the barking so we could nap.

Great budget-friendly hotel in a good location for food, shopping, etc.

What I expected for the low price. Clean and comfortable. Cordial staff. No problems. Would book again. Had no previous knowledge of the $25 fee for one pet dog but was okay with it.

Clean. But my room smelled like cigarettes but staff claimed the didnt smell anything. It was DEFINITELY smellable.

Overall it was more than fine stay for a night. The facilities were decent and the rooms were nice and comfortable. I am still waiting for my deposit of $150 to be refunded which has been over a week now and when I tried to phone the hotel to enquire, I found the phone number to have been disconnected. If there is an alternative number or email for me to contact then this would be adequate otherwise I will have to go through the bank which will just be not worth the hassle of a one night stay.

The only part of this state that we did not like was the fact that there was no bathtub in the room it was only a shower stall but the room was great will stay again
