The bed sheets were not sufficiently clean. When I looked closely I saw many stains. The furniture in the room was also covered in stains. I did change rooms, but it was in a similar condition.

The staff was very nice, especially the lady at the front desk. Complaint, requested non smoking room and got a smoking room. The front desk lady had another staff go to the room and spray etc. You can always smell smoke. The lady at the front desk tried to change the room but there was not availability . She was very nice and an asset to your company. Her customer service skills were very good.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Publié le 20 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was extremely dirty, there were hair balls on the bathroom floor, mold in the bathroom tub, the toilet would not flush and a plethora of people hanging outside of the floor the room was on.. the fact that I DID NOT stay after paying $200 and checked out immediately.. I was told I would only get a PARTIAL REFUND.. which is INSANE.. but nevertheless.. I traveled from Jersey for a funeral, only to be met with this.. good luck staying here😡

The hotel has completed the cancellation process on our end and your refund will come from the third party where you paid.
