Horrible nuit

Hotel tres mal entetenu, chambres tres sales. Climatisation tres mauvaise, ce qui rend l atmosphere humide. Literie mauvaise. Perit dejeuner juste simple.aucune proposition sans gluten. QUALITY INN a eviter absolument

They didn’t have the room that we reserved and said they were full other than a different type of room that didn’t our needs. It was late and we had no choice but to stay in the room. The front desk was rude and unapologetic, blaming Expedia for the problem. The next morning, the coffee at breakfast down stairs went work, both bathrooms were out of order, and it is obvious the lack of care in the management of the facility. Do not stay there. We saw many upset guests complaining about how things don’t work.

Gave us a room that someone was already in and it was midnight. Glad I didn't get shot when I opened the door. Front desk was very unprofessional about it. Just acted mad that someone was already in the room. Terrible experience with my family.
