Breakfast not up to Tru standards
Publié le 19 sept. 2024 sur HotelsCheck-in staff and process were great. Breakfast setup and oversight was late and inattentive. Need some staff training on keeping coffee pots full and breakfast items supplied. After a 20 minute wait, we finally had to leave for the day without coffee.

Party in lobby with a ton of drunk people and weed. The common areas were filthy. Beds were uncomfortable

Southern Charm
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HotelsThe rooms were nice. I could not hear doors opening and closing but I could hear upstairs rumbling from kids above us and wrestling next door. The kids had a lot of energy. The breakfast was ok. The pancakes were not edible in my opinion but I saw people eating them. You make them your self but the batter and machine didn’t cook up well. It was clean but I always offer my own cleaning when i arrive. The staff are extremely nice and accomadating.
