Great place to stay

The toilet height is too low. NEED high toilets for the weak & elderly, handicapped travelers.

We had a wonderful stay....Front desk clerks were awesome - very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and quiet with access to restaurants and shopping next door, across the street and down the road!

The carpet in my room had numerous stains and needs to be replaced. There was a rather large dead cockroach in the same place for 4 days (by the ice machine) so clearly no cleaning in the common area. Very disappointing accommodations for a Hampton Inn.

They lost WiFi the first night and never got it back.

We are not known for having this issue and understand how frustrating it was for our guest's. I didn't notice a Hilton Honors Membership on your reservation. Would you happen to be a member?
