The ladies at the front counter and the ladies serving breakfast gave top tier customer service. However I didn't like the way I felt like me and my kid's were watched our entire stay, from the male staff.

We do request all guests to declare the number of persons staying in the room, including children, as it is mandatory to follow occupancy limits and safety measures. Manager/Owner is very unpleasant and unprofessional. When rooms were “cleaned” it was done very poorly. Hotel in a dangerous area. Will not stay again or recommend.

Thank you for staying with us. Your response was in retaliation as we followed the terms of your reservation. We provide quality services and we provide safe environment. Also note that you violated occupancy limits as you booked rooms for only two persons. Thank you.

The employees were very nice and friendly. The food was good and the room was clean.
I liked the 2 door entrance from the outside.

The staff was very nice, and the hotel was clean, though aged. However, our room was hot, and the AC did not work well. In all fairness to the staff, we did not complain. However, it was obvious that this unit was not functioning well, and the staff should have noted it during their room cleaning and fixed it.
