The floor was dirty, could not walk on it barefoot. The toilet looked like it has not been cleaned in a month. The room just stinked, literally.

We were in two rooms for two nights and both rooms have problems. One rooms had a giant rust stain in the shower and the shower dripped the whole time we were there. Then the other room had multiple dead bugs in the room and they were still there the second night (after housekeeping) which means they did not sweep the floor at all while we stayed. In both rooms there was a strip of metal between the main part of the room and the vanity. I stepped on it one night and hurt my foot and my Mother tripped over it repeatedly. No reason to have this piece of metal in the middle of the room. I do not recommend this location at all.

When we got to this property, it was dirty and dingy, and one of the reasons we had wanted to stay. There was because it had a pool. The pool was closed. Nowhere to be seen. People were not very friendly. I don’t want to have to pay a dime for this if this is how Expedia works then I probably won’t use you guys again this motel property. It was horrible.

Publié le 5 mai 2024 sur HotelsThe grass was uncut. The floor in the room was not clean (I kept my shoes on). The bathroom sink was missing a part of its marble facade so that bare plywood showed. A shopping cart was in the breezeway. I could not get an extra towel or pillow. It was disappointing.
