Staff was very nice and very accommodating. However the room was not clean there was hair in the bathtub and sink. The shower held water while showering. The toilets looked as if no one was cleaning them regularly But very grateful that the staff was just as sweet as can be, probably will not be returning unfortunately due to cleanliness

Came to town for a funeral. Room was clean and beds weee comfortable. The ironing board was a mini one and the legs wouldn’t stay up. My son had to hold it up so I could iron a shirt. Not your usual problem but a problem none the less. All else was great.

Breakfast food is awful !!! Very cheap Food. All generic brand food eggs sausage all of it was terrible. Spend more money on your breakfast bar, just because it’s free. Doesn’t mean you cheap out on Your quality of food to your customers.

The hotel accepted out reservation but when we showed up they did not have any clean rooms. They also verified that there is a problem with having enough staff to clean the rooms. Thus, it seems like this is an ongoing problem and they probably know they are only able to rent so many rooms a day given the level of staff they have. Please update your availability so that people who are traveling know whether they will have a room upon arriving instead of being turned away after driving 6 hours!.

The property was the closest to Coffeeville where we went to be with family. The location had many convenient stores and restaurants which was nice. The room was a bit outdated, the bathroom could use some updates. Breakfast was okay, more choices would’ve been nice. Staff was friendly and easy parking.
