Nightmare.

This is the worse Experience I have ever been through. After seventy years and having been in simply over a thousand hotels have never experienced what myself and son had to at this one. I will be wrintng to hotels.com on my return home this Thursday 23 June 2022.

November visit!

Great location for us. Clean, updated room. Good service at front desk. Very walkable for sights and restaurants.

We booked for one night and really just needed the room to sleep. The location was okay and the room was clean. The gentleman who checked us in was perfectly friendly and helpful, though when we asked if there was more parking nearby (as the small lot was full), he suggested we just park in the fire lane or handicapped space, as no one else was expected to come in that evening. Naturally, we did not do that, but instead waited for someone else to leave (about an hour later) so we could park in a normal place. My only comment about the room itself was it was WAY too hot and we couldn't turn down the heat, so we slept with the window a bit open to let in the cool February air and just dealt with the street noise.

Good quality for the price

Very nice helpful receptionists. Great location. Clean room. Only, wi-fi was very spotty. Good quality for the price, though.

Not a good experience this time

This was my third stay here for events at the nearby Polesud. Past trips were decent, with no complaints, but this time the broken (?) air conditioning was a big problem. There was no heating or cooling in the entire hotel and the place was just unbearably hot. Had to keep the windows full open to cool off the room. There are no screens on the windows, so this lets bugs in. The hotel is across the street from a major tram and bus stop (which is convenient) but led to a lot of noise all night with the windows open.

Hello, Thank you for your review. We're sorry that you had problems with the AC. We solved it just before the week-end (blow up valve leading to too much heat). The heater/AC isn't reversible and as we are in November, it's only heating. Did you told it to the reception ? So long, we expect to see you again. Best regards
