Beautiful Property

Wonderful family gathering !
Publié le 20 août 2021 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed every aspect of our time on Pickerel Lake . We had plenty of room for all of our family to gather & enjoy eachothers company . The screened in porch was wonderful in the evenings , the level lake lot with direct access to the water was so convenient for all ages , from the very young to the elderly . We fished off the dock & waded in the water . The unobstructed lake view & sunsets were delightful. The log cabin itself is beautiful, The area is surrounded by trees & paths to walk on , the neighbors are friendly , the lake was clean and The owners did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome . There’s too many wonderful things to mention ! We had a great time here and would definitely return .

Publié le 15 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayBeautiful, but bring your own watercrafts and boats bc there are none in the area for rent to speak of. No jet skis or boats that could pull tubes, etc. to rent at all in the area. No fault of the property owner though. Screened in porch was a delight.

Relaxing, fun and great Location!

Excellent vacation spot on Pickerel Lake

The cabin has abundant sleeping space, clean large bathrooms, and a great kitchen well stocked. It also has a beautiful screened porch, overlooking the lake, where you can witness extraordinary sunsets. Great large grill. We had a wonderful time.

Pickerel Lake Long Weekend
Publié le 22 juin 2021 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at this property for 5 nights in mid June. The first few days were sunny and the lake and screened porch were amazing. When the weather turned I was concerned that our family of 12 would be on top of each other but there was so much space and small areas to retreat to. We were able to have a few minutes alone and then come back together for larger group activities. I know we all want to be unplugged on vacation but some of us were taking college classes and working remotely. The reliable internet was a big plus. Perhaps the biggest asset for our group was the large, well appointed kitchen. We were able to cook and enjoy each other’s company in one large kitchen/dining area. The ice maker and separate beverage refrigerator were a plus as well.

South Dakota Fishing

We found Annie and Alex’s beautiful property and decided to give it a try. Everything about it was as described and we were very pleased with our experience! Highly recommended!!
