Publié le 14 nov. 2023 sur HotelsWould not recommend. The gentleman at the desk was nice. I was in the shower when the cleaning lady unlocked the door and started coming in. I yelled that there was someone in the room. I thought it was my husband til I heard the female. This was at 8:30 in the morning. We reserved a smokefree room and it smelled horrible of smoke. Beds very uncomfortable, shower was off putting. We left a day early because of the issues. Never again for us.

Was given key to room that was occupied then told the room I was being placed in was more expensive and was asked to move the next day to the lower priced room. Rooms were outdated and metal under beds made noise like thunder anytime someone moved. Shower looked like something from when I went to summer camp in early 80s

Publié le 13 mai 2023 sur HotelsSuper basic no frills room, small. Bathroom updated, but furnishings could use updates. Clean and fridge, micro, ice, all the essentials.Smelled like smoke so certainly not a non smoking room. Overall an option for a quick sleep when passing through.

The room was very clean. The bed was a little to high for us to get in. Thought i was like the princess and the pea.

Would not accept the money I had paid to Expedia when I made my reservation months ago. Had to pay again to stay there, so I paid twice. Expedia couldn't help me. I have been trying to get refunded the money I originally paid but nothing is working so far. Very unhappy with the hotel and Expedia about this.

Clean basic room and sleeping accommodation. Newly renovated and quiet.
