Not a Non-smoking Hotel Apparently

The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I was given a bottle of Febreze as the solution, since no other rooms were available. I had to request new linens. I was told a refund could only be given by a manager since I paid through a 3rd party app and that one would be available to speak with me at checkout. A manager was not available at checkout, so I was unable to receive a refund. The window shades were also full of holes, and I had to call to complain about the people above me, who sounded like they were bowling and/or running a marathon in their room.

It was a decent hotel in a very small town. There was lots of parking and it was safe. I would stay there again.

Rodeoing adventure

Our stay was amazing we were there for a High School Rodeo with the Maryland Team close to venue and facility was very clean and easy to get to and the breakfast was very good along with the coffee

Friendly staff and room could use some attention to detail on maintenance and house keeping. I had loud guests on the 4th floor above me. Front desk associate stated it was 3 teenage girls playing music and dancing. Two different front desk associates made attempts to quiet them down but it lasted well over midnight. Secondly, the room to my immediate right had there music and tv playing throughout the night until i departed at 10am this morning. Myself or my elderly Mother were unable to get a good nights rest due to these issues before our drive home. Maintenance: Paint peeling off the wall near thermostat. Improper outlet cover on wall above desk that shows a hole in wall. Housekeeping: Food stain on carpet in front of desk and dark spots on bathtub caulking.
