LeaAnna, We absolute love hosting, and whether I think you're founded in your commentary or not, I take it to heart, and I am disappointed you didn't have an amazing stay. This is the first complaint like this in over 6 years of renting and on two platforms. Here's a quick response - we responded unbelievably quickly on the platform each time, and kept awaiting response. Furthermore, I always pick up the phone and try to reach my people. I was 0 for 2 there, and I got no response. We immediately offered $250 for any inconvenience at the frontend of the conversation to show our commitment. You declined that and reached for more. Furningshings are slim was a remark, and that's a tough one. Two full living room suites, a farm table, seating for double digits in both the upstairs living area and the down, two nightstands in the master, two in the upstairs master, two in the other queen room upstairs and so on. 19 arcades, pool table, ping pong, basketball arcade, shuffleboard, two huge TVs and smaller tv's not even listed in the ad. Yes, we thought about hosting before we went live with our ad. There are so many extras in the house, no doubt. Every bed in the house is both listed in description and there are pictures of the bedrooms. No casserole dish was true, but just pick up the phone and ask. I suppose you would be surprised to know that we'eve either reimbursed past guests when they needed something or just had Amazon deliver it to the house for them. A simple phone call does the trick for us; we love our people. Summary: Host totally cares and that can be evidenced by numerous efforts in this thread. I should also add that we allowed early check-in and late check-out at no cost. Place was left a hot mess, but I'm not one to complain. At any rate, no hard feelings in the least, and we wish you better vacays in the future. I immediately ordered more dishware, we revamped the bar, added our 20th arcade, and will continue to make improvements. We listen, and we know the best way to get better is to take feedback from guests. We do prefer our guests work with us, but we will take what we can get. Take care.
