Lovely place
Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had 2 moms and 3 grown daughters for a weekend away. The house provided lots of amenities for us! And plenty of space! It’s in the country for even more privacy and the bedrooms were a lot more spacious than we thought as well. A great space for any group! We really enjoyed that we had several areas to choose from to enjoy during our stay. The house is certainly stocked comfortably that you shouldn’t need to take along much more than your basics.

Cozy Cottage
Publié le 4 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis cozy cottage was indeed cozy but had plenty of room for us to spread out if we wanted. It was very clean which was important to us. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms looked recently renovated and were beautiful. There was an issue with the fridge but the owner was apologetic and is planning to purchase a new one. There are plenty of things to explore in the area but as we had a wedding to attend, we were not able to take full advantage of this.

Great weekend with golf

Great place!
Publié le 11 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe location is very convenient if you plan to go up to Collingwood like we did. The host was very nice and responded promptly. The windows on the main level didn't have blinds or shutters so it does not feel as private at night time with the lights on. The washrooms are very clean, but due to the location, we found many earwigs, wasps, and larger spiders in most rooms. Would recommend staying here nonetheless!

Wonderful stay

Lovely cottage

The kitchen was a great place to cook, and we really enjoyed the fireplace and view out the living room windows. The water pressure was on the low side, but otherwise all amenities were great. Nicole was great about communicating about what to expect, giving recommendations around the area, and making sure we could be in touch about getting the driveway plowed so we could get out after snowfall. Access to the Bruce trail is just a short walk away, and there's a nice outdoor yard space.
