Such lovely place and lovely welcoming owners of this place. We have enjoyed our stay there and plenty parking for our trailer of jetski.

Einfach unglaublich gut !

Manchmal wird man dafür belohnt wenn man auch Unterkünfte die wenige Km Abseits des Highway liegen mit einbezieht. Es war alles absolute Spitze. Wir haben echt bedauert das wir nach zwei Tagen schon wieder fahren mussten. Liebe Jolene, liebe Andrew ihr macht einen wirklich fantastischen Job.

We were really disappointed by this trip. We booked our stay before travel. Once we found out our trip would be delayed we rung 9 times throughout the day to no avail. On our 10th call the property finally answered, we told them we would be late and offered our arrival time and got confirmation over the phone. They then text 1 hour later cancelling our booking under the guise of "disrupting other guests" - this gave us no time to find another place to stay and also all of our contact was very rude and blunt. Very, very shallow and unacceptable.

Unfortunately Ellie, you need to take responsibility for your own actions. To ring us at 8pm from Bruce Bay (4.5-5 hrs driving from us) is unacceptable. Guests book with us for our tranquil environment and don't want to be disturbed by people turning up after midnight. It is also unrealistic to expect us to wait for you to turn up in the wee hours of the morning. BTW our phone logs show only one call from you. We suggest you learn from the experience.-

Rooms very noisy had neighbours up very late first night and tv noise until 2am!!!

Perfect Stay
Publié le 10 mai 2022 sur HotelsWe really enjoyed our stay at Goldfield Suites. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and peaceful, with everything on hand. We liked our 1st two nights so much we extended our stay. Can't say enough about how lovely and helpful Andrew & Jolene are. Andrew went above and beyond to sort out a fishing rod problem, which I was extremely grateful for. Full recommendations

The owners were helpful with good suggestions for what to do and see during our brief visit to the coast, We followed the advice and made a day trip of Punakaiki and the Denniston plateau/mining village.
