Dirty/Loud/Uncomfortable

We booked a room for 3, with 2 queen beds, we were given a room that had 1 bed. I returned to the office, I was told "there's a couch", I asked for what I booked or a refund. I was given another key told to "try this one". My wife opened the door onto someone that was in the room. She apologized to them, back to the office where the man said "Oh, let's try another one" like there was no problem. The third room was ready for us, but it was dirty. Large wads of dust hanging from the ceiling, long black hairs in the sink and tub. Toilet paper (clean) floating in the toilet. It was a one night layover, so we stayed. It was very uncomfortable, would've been better off sleeping in the car. Lots of noise from outside, could not sleep at all. The only thing that looked good was the breakfast the next morning while checking out, but I could not make myself try it after seeing the uncleanliness of the place. I would not stay here again, I advise to keep looking if you're reading this and considering staying here.

The website says this is a 8.0 great property. It couldn’t be anything further from that! My room smelled like everyone had been smoking weed for days. Bathtub had mold all over it, and loads of other people’s hairs everywhere. By the next morning all my clothes reeked of weed, not the best thing for a business trip. Definitely won’t be staying with them ever again!

Bathroom shower had mold in numerous spots. Room had dust build up and clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned recently.

Not worth the price

Rated 8.0 on Hotels.com. Should have been 6.0 at best. Older Facility with debris outside on walk ways and parking. Room had a small piece of paper on floor when I arrived denoting that room was not vacuumed after previous guest. Also small containers of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion had very little product, meaning they were leftover from previous guest. Hotel was smoke free but room wreaked of smoke. Smoke probably saturated into the old popcorn ceiling. . 3 days later
