There was signage all over the property that it is a non smoking establishment. Yet EVERYWHERE we went besides our room on the property smelled like someone was smoking weed. It was constant even at 5 am when we checked out of the hotel. There were also some suspicious circumstances going on in a room down the hall from us. It appeared that the room was being used to make money by "ladies of the night". People constantly in and out of the room everytime we went by. I would not recommend this hotel very thankful our kids were not with us on this trip!

There was a problem in my room. I called the front desk and immediately two young men came to my room and solved the problem. It was such a problem that would have kept me from coming back to the hotel, but because of their actions I will definitly go back. Thank you

The staff was great rooms. OK some of the furniture needs replacing. Found one roach climb in the wall bathrooms need updates

It seemed to be the best hotel in town & was very convenient for visiting Fort Parker State Park. Staff was courteous & friendly. Disappointed that the scrambled eggs were too salty for me but the waffles were great! Plan to stay here again next year.

Breakfast choices were minimal. Coffee machine was outside the breakfast room. Very friendly staff.

Please Don’t go there!!!

We were not allowed to check in to our prepaid room. We’re told we made a second reservation and it must be paid for or we couldn’t stay there. After 3 phone calls with Hotels.com who verified I had only made the one reservation he still refused to give us our room. After 2 hours of him belittling me and telling me I had to pay for another room, hotels.com moved us to another hotel. He also refused to give his last name, lied to me and told me there was no one above him to talk to. Then when hotels.com got involved he told me we could cause him to get fired. I asked why he lied to me and told me he was in charge of everything and he was adamant he didn’t lie! I would hope that no one would ever give them business again!!

The front desk receptionist was incredibly welcoming & nice! Rooms were clean & didnt have a musky smell. Breakfast was very good. Options were juices, coffee, yogurt, waffles, sausage/egg/cheese croissant, and pastries.
