Mi dispiace molto che tu abbia dato un voto anonimo e soprattutto privo di contenuto. Cerchiamo sempre di soddisfare i nostri clienti e le critiche ci servono per migliorare, ma data l'inesistenza di commento probabilmente la vacanza non ti è piaciuta per altri motivi all'infuori della nostra struttura.

Pour : vue panoramique sur rodney bay de notre terrasse .
réactivité du personnel pour améliorer notre séjour
Contre : espace ombrage sur terrasse du grand appartement .
arrivée difficile car route défoncée ,nécessité d’un 4x4 ;certains taxis ne veulent pas monter
Emplacement : proche de rodney bay ,ville la plus animée concernant les restaurants les bars et le shopping en duty free .
petit séjour découverte apprécié .

Great little guesthouse
Publié le 8 juin 2017 sur ExpediaThe Manager of the guesthouse gave me an amazing service and helped me with everything I needed. Definitely the best service I experienced.
The room is well equipped and very comfortable.
The only challenge is the location- the guesthouse is located on top of a hill, and if you have no car you need to walk up and down the steep hill every time you go somewhere. It's about 22 minutes walk up for an average fit person and 13 minutes walk down. But this location also makes the guesthouse very peaceful, and the Manager will offer you a ride down the hill if she makes the journey.

Bug infested and hard to access
Publié le 4 juin 2017 sur ExpediaAll in all a beautiful set up however my experience was not the best. Cockroaches and spiders everywhere including under the bug net at night!! No running water for a night and day and completely inaccessible without a car to drive up the dirt track road up a massive hill. If you are looking to be part of the busy hustle and bustle in Rodney Bay this is not the place for you to stay.
Delia, Brian and Irene were absolutely lovely and helped as much as possible however the owners are rude and take a while to reply messages. They refused to give me money back after the bad experience which I feel is unacceptable considering the circumstances.

Hi , i am really sorry , unlikely the water was took off from the government, probably for that Delia couldn't clean the apartment very well. normally our guesthouse is very Clean ,have a look of our review|!

Cool guesthouse

I mostly loved the large garden, open on Rodney Bay, the sea, the sunset. Thanks to everybody, Bryan, Ire, Delia, for this unforgettable stay

Ants nest
Publié le 1 oct. 2016 sur HotelsFoam mattress in a plywood hut. Infested with ants and bugs. Inaccessible Road. 45 min hard slog to main road. Not a hotel not a guesthouse but a kind of hostel or backpackers place but hotel rates. Took more money than expected from card. Trying really hard to find something positive to say. Even the taxi driver couldn't get up the dirt track to the place and had to carry luggage up the steep hill

Hi there, I am really sorry you didn’t find what you expected in our guesthouse. Normally everyone is happy to stay by us. I always inform my guests about the phone number of our taxi driver. Anyway, the road has been paved recently

Pour : The way of life
We spent only 4 nights in this amazing place, one of our best holiday experience, and we regret very much for not have had more time to stay. The position, overlooking the bay, a stunning sunset, we run up every afternoon afraid to loose it! The cottage, colonial style, all in wood, no concrete! Delia, the housekeeper, took care of us every day, set up the bed, laundry service, any kind of help and hint! The large garden with BBQ where we had diner the last night with the other guests, cool!! Thanks a lot to everybody
