L'appartement est très bien, très propre, très agréable. Restaurants et transports à proximité.
Seul problème: bruit d'une pompe à l'extérieur, et aboiements des chiens vagabonds pendant la nuit en continue. Mais c'est un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Nous avons été accueilli par Justinn, de façon trés sympathique.
La structure se compose de 4 appartements dans ce quartier populaire de Trois Ilets.
Le quartier c est sur c est pas Beverly hills mais proche d une épicerie , de la highway , et proche de la fete de rue du vendredi soir . Pas trop proche quand meme pour ne pas en subir le bruit . L appartement a étè recemment refait ,avec meme le double vitrage . Une bonne litterie , une cuisine tres bien équipée etc ...pour un prix tres raisonable .

The property had all the basic needs that one would expect. I had no issues during my stay. I place was a bit difficult to find but I called the number on Expedia and spoke with a woman who provided me with directions and stayed with me on the phone till I found the place. I really appreciated that.

We liked the fact that we received information for the place in terms of location , room access code , etc the evening prior to our flight... kudos . We had no problem getting around, accessible public transportation, close to Rodney Bay. We met the owner who has a warm approach , like we were old friends. Would definitely recommend for a quick affordable stay. Thanks Justin... Jerry & Vilma:)

Convenient to Rodney Bay Marina. Great while working on boat. Not fancy but just fine.

Justin is very friendly and was on hand to resolve any problems. The apartment which we were in, was some way below the standard of the next apartment which I entered to assist my neighbour with his aircon.
His apartment was larger, had aircon in the main room and bedroom, whereas mine only had it in the bedroom. He had 2 windows in each room, being and end of 3 apartments. Mine being the middle. The lighting was better than mine, with 2 bulbs missing in mine, and the units were being painted white. Mine looked as though they had been primed, as they were very patchy, whereas my neighbour’s looked to have had top coat applied. Perhaps work in progress, but aesthetically, it did look sub-standard.
For the price, it was OK, but had I been put in my neighbour’s apartment, my ratings would have been higher.

thanks for your review however see feedback below Every lightbulb was verified to be in place and functioning. if lightens problem had been reported, it would have been resolved All apartments are painted in the same color

I really enjoyed my 2 week stay here! Was able to contact the host easily with fast responses. The area was great, it was quiet but also so close to rodney bay and pigeon island beaches. It was a great location, I would recommend and I myself would stay here again.
For ladies who like wearing makeup, I do suggest bringing your own vanity mirror :)
