Appartement spacieux et propre… mais très mal situé, grosse grimpette pour y aller quand on a mal aux genoux

Lindner is a good guest. clean and quiet. . i usually suggest to my guest to take a taxi from the mall for 10 which is a few hundred yards if walking is too difficult for them

The Aircondition was terrible . Only a small unit in the bedroom . The owner was weird . Finding the place was not easy . The address is not correct . Bad communication from the owner .

This guest could not be accommodated because of an medical emergency because of a medical emergency of a staff member.The guest was allow to stay for one night plus a full refund.

This was my worst experience in booking a space. The property is not where he said it is. It's at least a 20 minute drive. This was booked because of the location. A horrible road to the house and a steep flight of stairs to carry bags to the apartment. When I got there the apartment was stuffy. There was a sewer smell coming from the toilet with no exhaust or ventilation. I checked out immediately but the host refused to respond to Expedia or process a refund. I lost hundreds of dollars.

This is an exceptionally negative review and a misunderstanding .. Seaview condo is at the heart of Rodney bay. Not 20 minutes of drive from there.. in fact rodney bay is the view from the balcony.. my unit are always clean by housing keeping before any arrival. No smells.. , the guest never lived in the apartments because of another living arrangement. . the guest have been subsequently been refunded all the moneys except for 75 first night penalty which is the policy of a no show situation. . i believe that the source of the problem was a lag time between when i authorize the refund and when the guest requested it since there lag time between when the quest requested the refund , for the 800 and when i was able to speak to Expedia about authorize the refund . i have spoken to the guest and all is ok now

El lugar muy limpio.
Pero es difícil llegar con maletas grandes, la entrada es una subida muy alta y muchas escaleras.
Pero el lugar está impresionante, una vez que logras llegar a la habitación tiene la mejor vista a la bahía. Y es muy relajante, realmente vale la pena la vista que tiene. Y la atención del anfitrión

Great view, but getting there was a lot, steep hill and far away from local road. It was very clean and host was extremely friendly and caring.

The property was very nice, it was spacious and clean. The property sits on a hill with an amazing view of Rodney bay and the surrounding area. Getting to the property was difficult initially because google mapped it incorrectly (new development). The walk up to the apartment is very steep; if you have knees or back problems not recommended. Overall I had a great stay and would recommend staying here; oh, the apartment is perfect for two couples (4 people).
