Très bien reçu, nous étions une personne de moins que prévue, le gérant nous a fait une diminution de prix sur la chambre à 3 lits, ceci est un geste commercial très apprécié.

I Make a reservation at Garni le Corti. When I examine the pictures recorded on website one by one, the first and second pictures show a thermal pool. Then there were pictures of the rooms. Naturally, as we all understand, I briefly made a reservation thinking it was hotel facilities. This is cheerful and normal, because sharing pictures of a place and deceiving customers in this way is a very serious thing. You can share the historical place and nature, please enter this hotel website (from hotels.Com) and take a look at the pictures, I'm sure you think the same as me when you look at it. I'm totally disappointed when we went to the hotel The hotel does not deserve 3 stars, not even 1 star. This is the first time I stayed in such a bad place. But it doesn't matter, I am out of our conversation on this topic. It is not fair that the customer is misled with pictures like this. We feel very stupid. And the funniest thing is the hotel owner acted as if she had seen these pictures for the first time, The room was freezing:(( It does not deserve 3 star, it is like 1 star hotel Never go again:((

Dear Guest,We are sorry that you did not understand that the Bormio spa, the Bernina Red Train, the ski slopes and cycling excursions were not hotel services but activities nearby....Reading the list of hotel services he would have had no difficulty in understanding.... reading the instructions in each room in the welcome book and listening to the check in he would also have understood that the heating is managed independently by the guests in each room.
