This location had everything we were looking for. It was convenient, super clean, and very accommodating and also close to Mystic

Great service!

Room wasn’t clean
Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HotelsWe stayed in a suite with a king bed. The room was very dark with limited lighting. The floors were filthy, I wish I took pictures. My feet were black from walking on the carpet. When I took a shower, my feet made prints on the tub floor. There was also an orange ring around drain in the tub which indicates to me that it hasn’t been cleaned. There was something sticky on the end table by our bed. The room smelled like urine, as well, however we were a couple floors above the pool. We were supposed to stay two nights but left after one because I was so uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the room.

I love that they’re pet friendly and affordable! Staff was amazing and the person that attended us his name was Jose; he was amazing! Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again next time.
