L'hotel a surbooké ses chambres et a mon arrivee je n'avais plus de chambre disponible. L'hotel etait en construction totale. La reception etait tres desagreable et refusait tous compromise. Aussi la reception ne voulais pas discuter des formalités d'annulation avec l'agent de Hotel.Com. L'agent de Hotel.com m'a bien aide. Eviter cet hotel.

Clean, decent size room but very basic, there wasn't even shampoo in the room. Externally looked very sketchy. Super thin walls/floors, could hear everyone else walking around in other rooms. Served the purpose for one night but wouldn't stay there again.

Staff and room was good the hotel was hardly book and yet guests were put in the room next door that were loud and rowdy all night that between the guests next door the plastic mattress cover and uncomfortable bed did not make for a good stay. Since the front desk staff left at 11 there was no one to report the guests next door to

Pretty basic. No room ventilation. Not much room service. But everything was well set up and worked great.

My ac unit went out and I was staying for 2 weeks. They didn’t give us a fan or change our rooms when they said they would. They wouldn’t even compensate us for the HELL we were staying in. Mind you we’re homeless so we had to stay there.

It was a good place to sleep. There were no shampoos, or anything in the room. Just a bar of soap. The hall smelled like weed but the room didn't. If you are just looking for a cheap place to lay your head. This is it.

Not the worst

It was comfortable enough for the price. Beds had waterproof mattress pads which is good however turning over and moving sounded like I was sleeping on a bread bag. There was a table but no chairs. It seemed freshly painted and newly remodeled but there was an odor throughout the hotel. There was a coffee station in the morning from 7-10 in the lobby but no fresh creamer (only powder packets) and no food. Not even a vending machine. You get what you pay for. We were only looking for a place to sleep after a day of exploring mystic and shopping. The staff was very nice.
