Disappointing and poor service
Posted Apr. 27, 2023 on HotelsThe mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service!
Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category.

No air conditioning was working when i checked in the two rooms that they gave me , I had to leave the hotel right away because they did not care

Book another place 20 miles away
I am asking for a full refund for this hotel, the receptionist was the worst , she did not care at all
