I check in between 9:30pm& 10pm as soon I get my room the only thing I need is to rest because i got a flight at 6am so I was sleeping when I heard that some one was trying to open the door that wakes me up and I lay my body in to the door cuz the person open the door but also the door was locked by inside with the chain lock then I decided to open the door and see what’s going on and there was a man saying that he was told to go and check the room that was very weird to me cuz that never happens to me before at any hotel after that situation I couldn’t sleep any moré. besides that now I’m worry as they also took a copy of my passport I know international stays at hotels they do that but at this location makes me think a lot.

Had reserved a few months in advance, (2 rooms) I had tried to call hotel to confirm my reservation a few days before (no one ever answered phone.) when we arrived they only found one reservation. I showed them my receipt from Expedia but that wasn’t enough. We had just flown in, so it was a little frustrating that my other family member couldn’t get her room. We left to eat (while manager looked for an email verifying my reservation. We came back in the evening (in between all of this , called Expedia, they were going to move us to another hotel, they also tried to reach hotel.) Finally thanks to the evening staff, they found the paperwork and we were given the other room. I wanted to thank them when we checked out, but it seems they thought I was going to say something different. I was glad it worked out. The manager never came out to apologize for the inconvenience. All of the other staff was very nice. There is a lot of construction going on right now, so getting in and out is a little challenge. Once the highway is fixed it will be nice. Would I give it another try? Yes, everyone deserves a second chance. Everything else was fine except the snag checking in.
