it doesn't look like much, but I was totally wrong, my wife booked this, and I was thrilled with the service team, OMG!!! the breakfast was AMAZING chilaquiles con queso Wow!!!! the ladies cooking are THE BEST!!!! Thank you for a great experience

We asked for balcony, instead we received window with no overview but the hall. The bed was hard and didn’t expect to have a double bed and twin bed in room. Asked for a larger bed none available. We checked out and went elsewhere

El servicio por parte de recepcion es pésimo, nos dieron una habitacion diferente a la que habiamos reservado y no tuvieron ninguna intención de apoyarnos, si no todo lo contrarío. Las instalaciones del hotel estan muy bien, solo por el pesimo servicio que tuvimos y falta de honestidad por recepcion al tratar de solucionar con expedia, les recomiendo que no se hospeden en este lugar. Ya que las fotos indicaban una habitacion mucho mejor que la que nos dieron y no hicieron nada por ayudar. Y al contactarse alguien de soporte con ellas mintieron en decir que la habitacion que habiamos reservado ya no estaba disponible cuando momentos antes nos la ofrecieron por un aumento de precio. Conclusión, no se hospeden ahi.

The property is fine enough for the price, but the rooms could use some upgrading, the bedding and bath towels were worn and need to be replaced. The staff was friendly and provided good information of the area. Juan Carlos was great, always greeted us with a smile and inquired if we needed anything.

It was a nice stay but…..
Housekeeping service was good! She was lovely! Only two things: they scheduled our taxi for the wrong time. But it was in the am so the taxi got to the hotel fast for pickup. 2: there’s a club behind the hotel and at 12am woke up and it was hard to fall asleep for me. But didn’t seem to bother my partner. Would I stay again? Yea but not first choice Overall good stay.
