The restaurant food was super cold and when asked to heat the food up they heated even the salad. The rooms had a very bad smell and beds were hard. Our AC unit wasn’t working the only Low mode was on and the room was humid

This property has a spectacular view of the city. It is at the top of a large hill (small mointain) in Tlaquepaque. You will need transportation to go anywhere due to it's location. If you're looking for a place to destress & relax..I would recommend it. Outside the property there is a sidewalk so you can go for a walk around the neighborhood. You will need to take a taxi or Uber to go anywhere. We enjoyed our stay.

Over all pretty property however it is dated and needs to be upgraded. No fridge in room, no fitted sheets for bed so sheets in the am are all over the place. pool area could use some attention as well especially being the property is somewhat off the path and you want to just hang out poolside and have drinks at the pool bar. Discotheque was fun and good vibes. Drinks and bottle service are inexpensive so that was a bonus. Breakfast lunch and dinner on the property were great as well. Over all I give it a 7 out of 10 because the staff was phenomenal. Would definitely stay there again if I were on a budget.

This place was excellent. I understand that it is an old hotel, but my room was rustic as I expected and everything else around was just as good. My balcony was amazing. The carpet was in excellent shape, the shower was very clean, as well as the toilet. The rest of the bathroom vanity, and all were in excellent shape and very clean. The view was outstanding. One could see the whole city. The only issue was that my air-conditioning did not work that good but other than that my experience was excellent I stayed four nights and for sure we’ll stay again without a doubt

Love staying the the Tapatio! Only problem this time was the front desk could not find my reservation from Expedia. Took over 45 minutes of waiting and also having the online chat assisting from Expedia until they finally found my reservation. Now the older gentleman bellhop was excellent, when the fan in room was not working he called maintenance over immediately. Then when he saw it wasn’t going to get fixed, he spoke to front desk and got me a new room. Granted In the end Tapatio took care of the room issue and was excellent. Just suggest they find a new way to reach out for help with Expedia instead of having people wait.
